gstreamer-vaapi drivers for BayTrail

We are trying to enable HW acceleration of H264 video decoding on Baytrail but cannot find the documentation.

Two possible solutions:

1. Documentation on how to enable HW acceleration
2. Gstreamer 1.x.x distribution with https://github.com/GStreamer/gstreamer-vaapi vaapi built in, built specifically for Baytrail?

Can someone help or have had similar issues?
