hello there, I am currently using Dell vostro 3446 with intel core i5 (4th generation). i want to overclock my laptop processor. help please.

It doesn't matter. It is a laptop. You cannot overclock laptops unless they are specifically designed to support this - and none are from Dell, as far as I know.
