Hello,
I bought a new Lenovo laptop (Legion 5_intel 14650hx) .the temperature of this laptop reaches 97 degrees in 50 seconds in the game menu!
In the stress test using the OCCT software that I took from the processor for 1 minute, the temperature of the third and fifth cores reaches 97 degrees, which is 85% throttling !!
These temperatures have been monitored with the hwinfo software .
I also did the test with the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool 64bit software and the temperature was recorded at 98 degrees with 34% throttling, although all steps passed in the test.
It seems that this laptop has a serious cooling problem and its temperature easily rises too high, what is your opinion about this problem?
If you need screenshot or ssu log , tell me to send you.
Thank You.

As a gaming laptop fitted with an NVIDIA RTX chipset your laptop will face significant cooling issues but it is down to Lenovo in terms of what cooling is provided and how the system is configured. So you need to contact Lenovo technical support with your concerns.

Does Intel consider this problem serious and concerning, given the information I provided, and does Intel consider this performance abnormal? Especially since the stress test was also conducted with Intel's own software, and Intel certainly has benchmarks in this regard.
