how in enable vt-x in bios on CPU T2400

If your motherbaord supports intel VT means go to bios , enable it , save and exit.

 

Intel VT not available in processors , intel VT requires compatible bios firmware with compatible motherboard with compatible intel processor.

 

So better contact to hp support site or contact them
