how to access the number of MFA units

I want to get the ideal compute performance, so I want to know the number of MFA units per core. but the supports material doen't show MFA units of  i7-12700

Could you please let me know what do you mean by MFA units per core? Let me know what is the meaning of MFA too, as I'm not able to find any related information.
