i5 11400h CPU stuck on battery 1,17 GHZ

Hi i am using ASUS TUF FX506HE laptop.

My problem is when i unplugged the charge cable cpu stucking at 1,17Ghz, starting drops.

I tried every power settings, use throttlestop and Asus's programs but not take any effect.

Can you guys help me ?

You need to work with asus regarding this issue.
