i5-2450M not switching to turbo frequency

hello friends, today I changed my processor, I switched to i5-2450M, but turbo frequency does not work, power mode is in high performance mode 

 

my motherboard is pegatron a15 my operating system is windows 7 and my computer is laptop please help

Do you know if your motherboard bios supports the i5-2450M?  It is not enough to be socket compatible and chipset compatible.   You MUST also be BIOS compatible.   If not, the processor work partially, or not at all.

 

Contact the motherboard manufacturer and find out.

motherboard casper motherboard but very old unfortunately there is no way for me to contact

Sorry, there is nothing that can be done here.   You need to find out if the bios supports the processor.  

You do know that the processor is discontinued and not supported, correct?
