i5 3320m übertakten

Hallo,

Ich habe einen Laptop mit einem intel core i5 3320m mit 2,6 ghz aber ich weiß nicht wie ich den übertakte habe schon die software aber ich weiß immer noch nicht wie es funktioniert vielleicht habt ihr ja ne andere Lösung wie ich übertakten kann. Und auf wieviel kann ich übertakten ?
