i5 3570 in processors

I bought Intel i5 processor for my desktop a 8 months ago from Flipkart it also mentioned 1 year warranty now the processor is damaged processing low and monitor shows white screen the company said it completely discontinued no support for you

That processor TWELVE years old.  It is long discontinued and not supported.

And, if the seller sold to you as new, your issue is with the seller.

If sold to you as used, the warranty only applies to the first owner.
