Selecting a turbo multiplier higher than 99x appears to result in i5-655k SLBXL freezing even when BCLK is lowered to produce a maximum CPU frequency that is less than the working frequency of using a 99x turbo multiplier. Unable to find any documentation that shows the highest allowable turbo MSR setting.
