Recently I built a new computer and have a problem with high cpu usage. On games like CSGO (If I run the highest graphic settings) and The Division I get stutter lag, but my FPS doesn't drop. I built this computer for mainly gaming, but I thought it would be able to handle streaming to, but with the i5-6600k running at 100% even without streaming, this isn't possible.

Hard Drive: (Currently what my games are installed on) Seagate 2TB Desktop HDD SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5-Inch Internal Bare Drive 7200rpm
SSD: (What Windows 10 is installed on) Samsung 850 EVO 250GB 2.5-Inch SATA III Internal SSD

If this is a processor issue, I recommend contacting Intel support to check for processor warranty options.
