i5 Turbo Boost only getting 2.8GHz?

Hey guys just built a new system a bit ago and in the BIOS it's showing as the turbo boost ratio being 21 while non turbo is 20. That's giving me 2.8GHz while turbo'd is there any sort of setting I need to change to get the 3.2? I thought it was like that out of the box. I'm not too experienced so bear with me.

You should get the Turbo without changing any settings.

You'll only get 3.2 if you running 1 or 2 threads, 3 or 4 will only give max of 2.8.
