i5 concern on cpu dropdown

I have the specification of an Intel core i5 4200u that is @ 1.60GHz 2.60GHz. I have a current issue about the processor frequency that drops down @ 1.60GHz 2.30GHz. What should I do with that to bring back 2.60GHz? Please help. I am greatly affected and concerned about the performance of my computer system.
