Hi Mtk08,

Thank you for creating a thread in Intel Communities.

I appreciate the things that you have done to try to rectify the issue and after doing, it is only rightful to ask if anyone knows how to address this. Being an intel representative who answers inquiries on different threads, I would like to provide you some suggestions as well.

Please allow me though to ask the following questions, as I will use this information to craft effective suggestions for your concern:

1. It would really help us if we can get more information about your system. Please download and run our Intel® System Support Utility from this page. To run it, please press "Scan". After the scan is finished, click next and there will be a save button, giving you an option to save the logs to a text file, please do so and attach the file on your reply. You can refer to How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows* for instructions.

2. May I know the version of Warzone that you have and what is the mainline Call of Duty release that you have with it?

3. What distribution service are you using for the game? (Steam, Epic, etc.)

4. Do you also notice the utilization of your GPU? Is it also high?

5. How much FPS are you getting when this behavior happens?

Expecting your reply
