i7-14700k processor temperature problem

Dear Support,
My problems with temperature on i7 14 700k processor are still going on. The problem is that the local service does not want to replace processor.

PROBLEM:
Processor raises temp, even on very low-end games, up to 100C, it lowers its FPS and sometimes SHUTS DOWN the entire PC, now its happening more often.
The cause of the problem can't be anything else, beacuse I have replaced the cooler, the motherboard, and in the end we even thought it was the PC case, so we replaced it too, and everything else we thought could be the root cause of the problem.

Can we get an replacement processor? Beacuse the entire PC just turns off mid-game.

1. Did you observe the issue out of the box?

2. Are shutdowns happening during non-gaming activities (web browsing, idle desktop)?

3. What CPU cooler are you using?

4. What software are you using to monitor temperatures

5. What are your idle desktop temperatures vs. gaming temperatures?

6. Are there any error messages or beeps when the system shuts down?

7. Did you overclock the processor?
