Please Intel fix this stuff .... i sent also email to support by 3 days and no answer back yet.

The representative said that after my account is approved i will be able to insert my intel bundle give code and retrieve the bundled games/software earned with the intel CPU which i have buyed.

I presume the platform belong to intel or to an intel partner.
