In order to get the master key it would depend on how the purchase was made, if you purchased the processor at the store then the master key must have been provided at the store, if you purchased the processor online then an e-mail would be sent and you would receive it within 22 days from the day of purchase. If the offer was at the store then make sure to contact the store and claim any code they could've offered.
