i9 14900K temperatures

When putting my CPU (i9 14900k) under big loads, the temperatures go instantly to 100 degrees. I have heard that this is common with the i9 14th gen, so I replaced my air cooler with an AIO (Endorfy Navis F360 Liquid CPU Cooler) recommended by the company where I bought the parts. I've adjusted the fan curves, but to a point that it runs at 100% whenever the temperature gets above 75 degrees. 

Unfortunately, my CPU keeps hitting 100 degrees. I've read online that it's bad if your CPU is running at 100 degrees for a longer time. Yes; I have removed the sticker from the AIO before attaching it to the CPU. It always runs at around ~30-40 degrees whenever I am not doing much (not totally idle thought), and when gaming (1080p ultra settings + RT) temperatures are usually around ~80-90 degrees. These are normal temperatures in my opinion (although I'd love to see them a little lower, like on my Ryzen 9 7950X3D but I guess that won't be possible). 

The problem however is that when I use Cinebench or when I'm transcoding video's locally (ffmpeg) the temperatures hit 100 degrees instantly. They won't drop after a few seconds, they stay at 100 degrees. I've watched a few videos about this and I was told that I just have to install Intel Extreme Tuning Utility and lower the "Core Voltage Offset". So, I did that, and dropped it to "-0.110V", anything lower than this and I'll get a bluescreen. 

However, this doesn't help at all. The temperatures are still around 100 degrees (mainly on Core #5 and #7 - according to HWMonitor). Can someone help me with this issue?

PS: Intel ETU settings are:

Performance Core Ratio: 57x

Efficient Core Ratio: 44x

Core Voltage Offset: -0.110V

After some more time spending on lowering voltage and core speeds, I finally got it down to max 96 degrees with a Cinebench score of 36730 (1 minute). If anyone is interested in how I set it up I can share it below.
