i9 14900k random crash - after replacement

This is the second i9 14900k I've had. The first worked perfectly fine for about 7 weeks, one day my computer would stop, screens all go black and fans run at a very high speed. After individually testing everything besides the motherboard/CPU you all replaced the processor under warranty (After many emails back and forth with me doing different troubleshooting steps that fixed nothing). Replaced the processor and again the machine ran perfectly, this time for just over 3 weeks.  In the last 2 days it has done the exact same shut down 4 times in 2 days with no recent changes to the computer. The BIOS on the motherboard has been updated to the most recent and was previously updated to a firmware version that contained the microcode "fix".

Do I submit another claim under warranty or can anyone suggest a processor that will work with a Z790 chipset that will not have these issues?

Heat has never been an issue. I left the default settings for memory until it had these issues. I have tried turning on the basic XMP settings to the recommended profile, but have not set any extreme settings. Board is the Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite AX ICE. Firmware is version F6c, which is the latest listed on Giga's site.
