instruction cost needed in clock cycles for ia-32 architecture

Hi,

I am looking for a list of cost of instructions expressed in clock cycles.

Like for example:

CMOV <-- takes 1 clock cycle to execute

MOVDQA <-- takes 3 clock cycles to execute.

Is this data available?

As I have checked the Architecture Software Developer manual does not contain this information and I need it because I am developing an application optimized for speed.
