Hello Luay,
Thank you for raising that concern with us, but for us to better understand the issue you are experiencing, kindly provide some answers to my questions for me to determine the best course of action with this concern.
- What is the make and model of your laptop?
- What is the BIOS version installed?
- What is the drivers version of the graphics?
- Do you have discrete graphics or integrated graphics?
Also kindly provide an SSU for me to further check the system information of your unit.
When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
1. Scan: Check the box Everything.
2. Click Scan.
3. Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
4. Click Save.
Best regards,
