Well, since the processor supports or officially appears on the website to support 2400 MHz, I took on the task of going deeper.
I have a Kingston FURY Beast DDR4 3200 mhz kit
and a z390 phantom gaming 4s
My question is how often could the little one endure?
At the moment I am testing it at 3200 MHz.

Overclocking RAM involves modifying specific parameters such as timings and voltages to allow the modules to operate at greater speeds than they might out of the box.
To ensure the best stability and performance, I recommend using the default memory speed settings supported by your processor, which is 2400 MHz for the Pentium GOLD G5400. Running your RAM at higher speeds, like 3200 MHz, can sometimes lead to instability or other issues, especially if the system isn't fully optimized for those speeds.
Using the default settings helps prevent potential problems and ensures that your system runs smoothly. If you do decide to overclock, make sure to monitor your system closely and be prepared to revert to default settings if you encounter any issues.

I did a test to check the stability, I left it for an hour with the occt program
and it did not detect any problems.

This is well acknowledged, if you tweaked the RAM clock speed higher and no issues occurred then you're good to go. I suggest contacting your RAM manufacturer as well for optimal clock speed recommendation with your RAM module. Hi Dean, I did not overclock the ram, in fact the same kit is 3200 mhz, what I did was put it at 3200 mhz since they were at about 2922 mhz it even reached 2400 mhz from the processor but let's say that I got curious and I went for 3200 mhz.

You might be able to use memory rated for higher speeds, but it will operate at a lower speed, not exceeding the processor's maximum supported memory speed.
Refer to the memory and motherboard documentation to determine if the lower speed is supported automatically or if any BIOS settings need to be adjusted.
