intel xeon E5-4640 processors multi-chip or not?

Hi,

I am trying to find out if the E5-4640 processors are classed as multi-chip or not for an exercise relating to Oracle Licensing. Is there an easy way to identify this within the specifications ?

Let me help you with this.

Please note that at this point all the E5 Family processors are Single Chip (not MCM). There is no official document yet but I will pass the information so we can create one.
