when i starting ipdt test suddenly i press 'stop test' and press 'start test' so test result is fail.
but if i dont press 'stop test'and keep testing result is always pass
what the problem? my cpu is wrong?

According to the protocol you've posted, the tool didn't create two of the expected result files. That appears to be a bug in v3.0.0.23 of IPDT; I suggest you update to the latest version (v3.0.0.25) and retry.
