is the cpu temp accurate in microcode 0x104 for z790

hi,

i have seeing lots of cpu tuning guides about reducing the voltage and temperatures of cpu. most of them suggest to use microcode 104 which shows a significant reduction in cpu temperature compared to other microcode versions at the same level of cpu voltage.

however some said the cpu temps reported in 0x104 are wrong / underreported.

can you clarify the accuracy of the temp sensors in microcode 0x104?? because these guides are still suggesting 0x104 over 0x12b for max temp reduction.
