lga1151 package mechanical drawings

I can not find any relevant package information of lga1151(H4) processor in RDC. Any other idea to fetch such kind of doc? Just see similar description inside xeon-e5-v3-thermal-guide, but not for 6th~9th processor.

Our purpose is to accommodate cpu on our customized instrument board w/ 9th cpu or later. Engineering board will be based on LGA1151 package. We need this package mechanical drawing, but looks it's not published in intel.com. That will be great if you provide relevant link or info regarding this design docs. 

Expected LGA1151 PMD similar as page #81 in below doc:
