vou comprar o processador na mão de outra pessoa, quero saber se tenho o mesmo direito de garantia com a nota fiscal com o nome dele.

I would like to inform you that we do not provide warranty to second-hand products; therefore, the answer to your question is: no, you will not be able to replace a processor with an invoice under someone else's name.
