all my cores are 30c-35c but package is 100c and intel HD 4600 is 100c i have i7-4790 and H97-d3h and cooler are hi200 v2

Could you please confirm if this is your motherboard model https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-H97-D3H-rev-10# ov GA-H97-D3H (rev. 1.0) | Motherboard - GIGABYTE?

When did the issue start?

Just for you know the TCASE of your processor is 72.72°C, so if you are getting 100°C this means the unit is overheating. I would like to know what is the tool that you are using to get the temperatures of your processor.
