Hi I have a dead i9 14th 14900k that I have being trying to raise a support ticket for a day now.
Whenenver I submit the ticket the website just hangs.
I have work to do and having a failed computer isn't great. It would be good to get the warranty process going.
Are there any other ways of submitting a support ticket?

- What is the link that you used in creating a service request?
- Have you tried different browser?
- Have you tried to clear the cache of the browser?
- Have you also tried to log a ticket using a different system?

Internet in the UAE is bad at the moment, so I suspect it was that.
