problems submitting an RMA ticket

Hi I have a dead i9 14th 14900k that I have being trying to raise a support ticket for a day now. 

Whenenver I submit the ticket the website just hangs. 

I have work to do and having a failed computer isn't great. It would be good to get the warranty process going. 

Are there any other ways of submitting a support ticket?

For me to further check and investigate the issue, please help provide the following details for me to document it properly and proceed with your request as quickly as we can:

1. What is the link that you used in creating a service request?
2. Have you tried different browser?
3. Have you tried to clear the cache of the browser?
4. Have you also tried to log a ticket using a different system?

Internet in the UAE is bad at the moment, so I suspect it was that.
