processor compatibility

I have a z230sff workstation computer and I have an Intel Xeon E3 1245 v3 3.4 GHz processor, I would like to know an alternative to the processor that supports windows 11 and will work in this computer. thanks

The Z230sff is a pre-built PC from HP and HP is probably the best source for an answer to this question. There is a HP Community Forum, and the  Desktop Hardware and Upgrade Questions section can be found here .
