the PC i am building requires the above processor, is this still being manufactured and if so what is the expected end of life date ?

However, as per our end if you check the following page:
And go to the tab called “Ordering and compliance” and then go to the section called PCN information and click on the PCN link (below) you will go to our Intel Quality Document Management System.

Once you are there you should be able to check the PCN number 117671-00 published on May 5th, 2020 where it states that some processors including the Intel® Xeon® W-2104 Processor were going to be discontinued, for your convenience the exact document you need can be found below:

Nevertheless, please bear in mind the processor you are looking for is considered a tray processor, this are usually processors that are provided to manufacturers so they can integrate them into their systems. If you still want to find one despite the previously provided information an authorized distributor might be able to have it, if you feel like searching for a distributor you are welcome to use the link below to find one near your location.
