What is the max temperature this processor should run on my laptop?

At what temperature should fan click on and start cooling this processor.

The processor base frequency for this model is 2.6 GHz and the max turbo frequency is 3.5 GHz, any reading between these two parameters is expected. Are you getting a different reading?
