posible repair i7 2600k

look the picture lost two capacitor

capacitor welding possible ?

No, it cannot be "repaired".

Also, you should be advised that this processor is no longer supported, and not supported on WIndows 10.

At this point, it makes little sense to keep this processor. Purchase a new(er) processor that is supported if you intend to run Windows 10.
