sata drive compatibility

I am using a motherboard from IEI KINO-DQM-871 Using 4th Generation intel 22n i7-4700EQ and intel QM 87 Chipset.The motherboard is having two SATA 3.0 port and two SATA 2.0 Port

this is a haswell based platform does this processor support APS25P6B064G-5CMW an apacer 64GB SSD What are the SSD requirements for this processor .we are using RHEL 6.6 does this processor supports this os .we are facing detection issues with this SSD

The Intel® Core™ i7-4700EQ supports any operating system; however, it is necessary to confirm with your motherboard manufacturer if Red Hat Enterprise 6.6 is supported.

The drivers available on your motherboard manufacturer website are only for Microsoft® Windows.

The manufacturer has confirmed that RHEL 6.6 is supported by the mother board even with windows we are facing the detection issue after installation of all the drivers from the manufacturer ,it is detecting HDD BUT When SDD is used it is detecting once in 10 times with both the os ,Does haswell based platform support APS25P6B064G-5CMW an apacer 64GB SSD which is having a sata 2.0 controller
