But I need to update it with the bootable flash drive, without bootin Windows (only this way), so I found this firmware https://www.dell.com/support/home/uk-ua/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=83xrf (hope its what I need), but I don't have .iso file to update it with the bootable flash drive

Can you help me in this case?
