I recently overclocked my i5 14600kf and now it has been throttling at around 68c I've tried everything besides new thermal paste and reseating my cooler because I just put this PC together less than a month ago. I was hoping to see if I messed something up with my overclocking in case that's the problem.

Hello dj06,
Thank you for bringing this concern to the community's attention. As you mentioned, overclocking your 14600KF processor can lead to overheating and throttling issues. To better understand the cause of the throttling, I have a few questions for you:
- What application did you use to overclock your processor?
- What is the make and model of your cooler?
- What steps did you take when overclocking the processor?
