thermal throttle

I recently overclocked my i5 14600kf and now it has been throttling at around 68c I've tried everything besides new thermal paste and reseating my cooler because I just put this PC together less than a month ago. I was hoping to see if I messed something up with my overclocking in case that's the problem.
