Missing items after reset of Windows 11

I'm sorry if I am not in the right place. Please forward or let me know what to do. Thank you!

My new NUC12WSHi7 had problems and I ended up resetting / reloading / what ever Window 11 Pro.  I seem to have most everything Intel back now, except these Items from Intel: 

Intel® Management Engine Components 2319.4.30.0 

Intel® Serial IO 30.100.2237.26

I can't even find them on Intel website.

I don't even know what they do.
