virtualization not working with Kaspersky

I use Kaspersky Internet Security and they have a Safe Money program that disables any kind of screen capture during online banking. I cannot enable virtualization which is what I need because I can't get into BIOS to look for it. I have a Win 10 desktop Intel Core i5 33350p cpu @310 GHz

I would like to have your current processor model number. I was not able to find an Intel® Core i5-33350p.

Please bear in mind that the only way to enable/disable virtualization would through the computer BIOS.Try running the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility Intel® System Support Utility and attach the results.Allan.
