warranty problems

ive been trying to reach out to intel to ask for a warranty of a i5 - 6500 that isnt working but your site doesnt seem to work, when i do my claim a error pops every time and it has been 2 weeks now that i havent been able to make my claim, can anyone give me a mail or a number (i live in guatemala) where i can call for any type of assistance.
