My idle is around 40°c and while playing games its at 90°c.

In order to determine if your fan speed control programming is adequate, I need to see the contents of the the IA32 Temperature Target Model-Specific Register (MSR). Its address is 1A2h. There are lots of third-party freeware Windows tools that can dump MSR contents. One of the better ones is called RWEverything (Read-Write Everything).

A picture of the fan speed control setting page in your BIOS would be helpful too.
