windows or Intel turbo boost 3.0 ignores bios overclock

Good day, i met a problem, after last windows 10 update my bios overclock disappears as soon as i enter OS. It happens that some software loads its own profile over bios somehow. This started to happen after last windows update.

My configuration is

CPU i7 6850k running 4,4ghz 1,34v

MB Asus rampage v extreme

DDR corsair vengeance lpx 2400 running 2800

GPU 2xgtx 1080 FE

PSU corsair ax 1200i
