xtu not opening

intel xtreme tuning utility doesnt open. Firstly i tried downloading the latest version 10.0.1.31. but it said i was on an unsupported platform. My OS is windows 11 23h2. Secondly i tried downloading the older version 7.14.2.14. But it also didnt work. There was an error message and i took i screenshot of it. I also did processor diagnostic test like 3 times floating point failed twice math failed twice and gpustressw also failed once

The FAIL result in the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool would indicate a potential fault with your CPU. I would recommend that you contact the vendor you purchased it from to initiate a refund/replacement request with them.

I bought the parts and then setup the pc so im going to send the pc back to the place i bought the parts from so they can change the cpu's. So for them to change it can you send an official document so its legit and im not making this up
