I have been using Altera for couple years and my computer has many versions of Quartus and NIOS II EDS (7.2,8.0,9.0,9.1) I found out there are many errors generated in NIOS II and EDS if I have different versions. I did decided to uninstall all Quartus, EDS and reinstalled the 9.1 Quartus and EDS. However, error is still in there. The jpg is one of the errors I have. Problem with TCL script... The path goes to D: drive.... I'm running a sample project from wiki btw.

I had the same problem. I found that a file in my backup drive named ".altera.quartus" had files paths that pointed to a directory of a previous installation of Quartus. When I deleted that file, everything worked fine. I would recommend that you do a search for the ".altera.quartus" file and view the contents to see if it contains the same file path as is listed in your error message. If so, try renaming the file and try to load the build tools again.
