CFI table reading problem

After reading CFI query table from FLASH using NIOSII command shell my flash is going in CFI query mode and i unable to read CFI table again unless i press board reset.How to go back normal mode and read CFI table continuously without board reset. 

 

Board: DE2-115. 

Altera: 14.0. 

IP controller using: Generic Tri state Controller.

The CFI information never changes. There is no reason to read it multiple times. Check the CFI specification and possibly the flash controller datasheet for information on transitioning to normal mode.
