Referring to the "USB OTG Controller Block Diagram", where do you want to connect the FPGA logic fabric? What do you want to achieve?
If at all, the USB-PHY connection side could be wired to FPGA-IOs. Question is, why?- Mark as New

Using an already implemented usb link is a good idea for me.
