Hi
I am using Ubuntu version 20.04.5 system & I have installed the Intel Quartus Prime Pro Edition 20.1 (FREE, no license file required) following the below procedure link.
Also installed the Eclipse IDE into NIOS II EDS from the below procedure link.
https://www.terasic.com.tw/wiki/Getting_Start_Install_Eclipse_IDE_into_Nios_EDS
Then I used the sss_qsys.sopcinfo file to configure the "Target hardware information" for the Cyclone 10 GX Development board following the below method.
Open Nios II Eclipse IDE -> Goto File -> New -> Nios II Application and BSP from Template -> selecting the sopcinfo file( Downloaded from the below link having kit collateral example codes)
https://www.intel.in/content/www/in/en/products/details/fpga/development-kits/cyclone/10-gx.html
Using this sopcinfo file I am able to load the CPU & new project was created. Now I want to test the SFP+ interface in the Cyclone 10 GX development board after integration, but I am not able to find the SFP+ connector interface sopcinfo file in the kit collateral zip file.
Kindly share the integrated sopcinfo file for SFP connector interface.
Regards
Anu Jayan

Hi,
Greetings and welcome to Intel's forum.
Apologies, we do not have the sopcinfo file for SFP + interface. Files that are available in the zip are the ones that are accessible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused and feel free to try out other applications from the zip file or head to Intel's design store with this link:https://fpgacloud.intel.com/devstore/ to try out design examples on Cyclone 10 GX.
Thank you.
Regards.

Hi,
Thank you for the response. It would be great if you provide sample C codes for testing the SFP + interface through Nios II Eclipse IDE for Intel Cyclone 10 GX development board.
Also can you share any links with the testing procedures for the same.
Thanks & regards

Hi,
Thank you for your swift response.
I have asked the internal engineering team regarding the c code but however we are unbale to release externally due to Private and confidential.
However, I found a design example which utilizes the SFP+interface which is the board test system, BTS that can be found in the zip file you downloaded (in examples directory). Here is the link on BTS info for Cyclone 10 GX: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/docs/programmable/683696/current/the-xcvr-tab.html
Thank you.
