I am very new to NIOS. Can you suggest some sites that provides some code examples, especially for multiprocessors sharing memory.

If you want you can take a look at the evidence literature page (http://www.evidence.eu.com/content/view/71/104/), it contains a few examples with hardware designs of multicore systemss communicating through shared memories...
