Cyclone II undocumented errno -1

had anyone ever had a program running on a cyclone II PCI development kit board? 

 

I got the following error: 

The execution of program is suspended because of error. 

Warning: 

Cannot insert breakpoint 1. 

Error accessing memory address 0x36c: (undocumented errno -1). 

 

This was error was created with a simple Hello world. 

in Quartus II 5.0 and NIOS II IDE 1.1 

 

With Nios II 5.0 we get verify errors, that could be the same problem. The problem could be that the cyclone has no flash memory (like the stratix II) and we are using some part of the On-Chip memory to emulate the flash memory for the purpose of booting. 

 

Anyone who have some idea of getting a cyclone II hello world working, please let me know. Thank you!
