Hi guys,
don't know if this is the place in the forum to ask this. Can anyone suggest why may be the problem, when I have a PCB and seeing on DRAM power rail a very high rate noise - at the rate of it's logic (3.2GHz). The board obviously cannot handle to filter this high rate noise, because of package inductance. Can it suggest that device's inner capacitance may be lacking ? I haven't found information regarding very high rate noise, if anyone can shed light on this, I would really appreciate this. Thanks !Link Copied

First, I would ask how are you observing this noise.
